Vanessa Lopsonzski, PT, PMA®-CPT

Vanessa has practiced Out-patient Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Pilates in Washington, D.C. metro area since 2007. She treats all orthopedic conditions and specializes in Pilates Rehabilitation with an emphasis on spinal pathologies. She received a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University. She has completed her manual therapy course work through St. Augustine University. She also currently works as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Physical Therapy School.

Shortly after her undergraduate program, Vanessa attained her certification in Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Education. Through continuing education, practice and dedication Vanessa was promoted to Educator for Polestar Education in which she taught Polestar Education’s Pilates Certification Comprehensive series to others in Rehabilitation and Fitness fields. She is Pilates certified through Pilates Method Alliance, PMA®-CPT.

Vanessa’s true passion is educating and healing her patients/clients so they are able to optimize their wellness and perform activities that are important to them. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, cooking, sailing and spending time with family and friends.

Crystal Tucker, Licensed Massage Therapist

Crystal has many years of experience in healthcare as a Paramedic and Clinical Services Management. Her Osteopath recommended massage as a way to help relieve tightness and reduce muscle spasms after an injury. She continued receiving regular massages, appreciating improved recovery from sports injuries and stress. After migrating out of healthcare Crystal looked for a way to stay connected to helping people and massage was the perfect fit, allowing her to share the benefits that she had received.

Crystal graduated from Northeastern University’s Paramedic Technology program, Granite State College and earned an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. She received her massage training from Potomac Massage Training Institute and is licensed by the state of Maryland. She enjoys playing softball and indoor soccer (goalie), going scuba diving, participating in 3D archery events and she is an ASA certified Sailboat Captain.

Margaret Gaine HeadshootMargo Gaine, Pilates Instructor

Margo works with her clients to bring focus to the body’s movements and reflexes so that it functions better. She utilizes Pilates to help people make lasting changes to their body’s structure that will increase flexibility, balance and agility and help to prevent injury.  She holds certifications Balanced Body and from Corrective Integrative Neuro-Kinetics.  Margo enjoys running, swimming, ballet, basketball and Gaelic Football. She holds a B.S. from Georgetown University.

Roxanne Lerner, Yoga Instructor

Roxanne Lerner is a 200-Hour RYT with Yoga Alliance as well as the Development Director at a non-profit wellness center. Roxanne’s strong belief in and personal experience with the healing power of yoga, drives her in her teachings where she emphasizes the importance of pranayama (breath work), gentle movement and stretching to help calm the mind and alleviate pain. She enjoyed pilates, reading and playing with her daughter and daschund. Originally from New York, Roxanne holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, where she majored in Women’s Studies.

Donna K. McGee lives in Bethesda, MD where she has her studio. She holds a Liberal Arts degree from Goddard College in Vermont and a M.ED degree from Pennsylvania State University. She has written “The Whole Collage,” an art book for aesthetic education and “Creativity and The Child: Training Modules For Teachers.”

In addition, she has been the recipient of a prize in the 79th Annual International Juried Exhibition, Art Association of Harrisburg PA. She is a member of the Foundry Gallery, Women’s Art Exchange, and a group of abstract artist called OUTLOUD. She has exhibited in numerous solo and group shows, won awards, and has her work in private and corporate collections in the United States and Europe.
